This is the need of a customer of the our company.The customer went off-road with a friend, but went to the place and found that the original shock absorption height of tank300 was not enough.So he found me through a friend and asked me to customize this 1.5 inches lift nitrogen reduction.
1.5 inches lift nitrogen reduction, 1.5 pipe diameter, compression rebound adjustable low speed, using German horse brand oil pipe, double layer wire mesh.
2.5 SHOX factory high performance offroad/4x4/overland/racing shocks/shox 1.5 inches lift for GREATWALL TANK300, hard and soft adjustable, with remote reservoir/subtank.

Body: Front coilover, rear smooth body, seamless steel,
internal & external polished and honed,
Body Plating: Environment friendly white zinc-galvanized surface,
Components: CNC machined 6061 aluminum alloy
Hose: German Continental brand oil hose, maximum pressure 22.4MPA
Valving: Tunable, velocity sensitive deburred valve shims
Seal: Japan NOK twin-lips main oil seal (same with KYB OEM shock absorbers)
wiper seal and scraper seal
Oil: German FUCHS brand shock oil (freezing point lower than-53 ˚),
advanced suspension fluid for improved performance at variable temperatures. Piston Rod: 18mm/22mm diameter, hard chrome plated, heat-treated
Piston Rings: PFTE materials
Bearing: Spherical, PFTE-lined, heat-treated alloy steel.
Packing:
Every 1 piece shock packing in one carton, protected by PE Foam
Normally, we use 5 walls neutral yellow cardboard export cartons, put application stickers on each side of the cartons
Color boxes will be accepted only when orders more than 50 sets.
Customer’s logo could be lasing mark on the aluminum parts of the shocks
